GigaCrete Exterior Wall Panel System
Primitus International Partners underwrote and drove the effort to obtain the highly sought after Notice of Acceptance (NOA) from the State of Florida's Miami-Dade County's Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources Board and Code Administration Division for GigaCrete's "Exterior Wall Panel System". This is the only hurricane proof house like it in the world. It exceeds HVHZ high-wind standards of Miami Dade County Risk Category II, III and IV. According to the NCTL WV-Chart, it will withstand Hurricane winds of 245.14mph, TAS 201-94 (ASTM E1996-14) Large Missile Impacts, and TAS 203-94 (ASTM E1886-13) Cyclic Load.

"This product is approved as described herein and has been designed to comply with the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) of the Florida Building Code." HVHZ (156-185mph winds) specifically refers to Florida's Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, areas of greater risk of extreme hurricane-force winds and impacts. Stricter criteria for certification applies. This includes enduring strict and rigorous testing for cyclic wind pressure loading, small and large missile impact resistance, and uniform static air pressure.
